1.0 INPRINT SUBMISSION
The Publisher is BJ Ball Limited.
There are a few things you need to know
before you send us examples of your work:
1.1 Terms &
When you submit your work we will need
the following information:
- Your name
- The agency/company you work for (or let us know if you are
- The clients name
- The project title
- The paper stock used*
- The name of the printer
- You are welcome to include a blurb about the project of up to
250 words - but it is at the sole discretion of the Editor whether
this is used or not.
* Hey, we're a paper company which means
we're a business and a brand. So, does your submission need to be
printed on a BJ Ball Paper stock? Well… let's just say that 'it
would make your work more endearing to us if it was our product…
but we'll try not to be too one-eyed… enough said…
1.2 Technical specs
Send us HIGH-RESOLUTION 300ppi JPEG
images of at least 1mb file size.
We also really appreciate physical
samples, these can be passed onto your BJ Ball Consultant. Please
note - we will not photograph physical samples for Inprint, so
don't forget to submit digital images as well.
Please do not send us artwork source
P-L-E-A-S-E ensure you are either;
a). The copyright holder of the work you
b). Have the permission from the
copyright holder to submit the work.
What does this mean?
- If you are an employee in an agency, design house, printer or
corporate in-house ask your chief/head honcho before submitting
work to us!
- If you are a freelancer or contractor, check with the client
(if the client is an agency) that they are happy to let you
showcase the work.
- If you work for yourself with your own clients there should be

1.4 Student Work
We love you. We truly do and we'll do
anything we can to showcase your work providing it meets the
submission criteria and the topic.
You've seen this issue, so you know what
we're after. We will only accept work that has been photographed or
rendered in situ to a high standard. Do we accept bribes? Yes… er…
sadly no. Selections will be based on work that best showcases the
topic. Selection is at the sole discretion of the Editor.

2.0 INPRINT SUBMISSION TERMS &
- 'Publisher'means BJ Ball Ltd, the parent
company, it's licensed companies and all brands and operating
companies controlled by or associated with those entities.
- 'Submittee'means the person submitting the
work (via electronic upload or any other method) and any associated
details given to the Publisher.
- 'Submission'means any data, written and/or
visual, as supplied to the Publisher by the Submittee for the
purposes of Inprint.
It is the sole responsibility of the
Submittee to establish their right to submit the work for
publishing. The Publisher is NOT responsible for infringement of
copyright of any kind.
2.2 Selection of
Selection of submissions is solely at the
discretion of the Publisher. No correspondence will be entered
2.3 Rewards &
Inprint is NOT a competition. No prize is
offered or guaranteed. No remuneration will be made to the
Submittee of any kind. Any reward offered by the Publisher to a
Submittee is entirely at the discretion of the Publisher.
2.4 Accuracy of
The Publisher is NOT liable for loss or
damages of any kind related to mistakes, omissions or inaccuracies
of any submission.
2.5 Use of material:
Submissions may be edited, cropped or
retouched at the sole discretion of the Publisher. All submissions
will be held by the Publisher for a period of 12 months and may be
used in any issue through this period without notice.
The Publisher will not accept
responsibility for any technical malfunction of any telephone
network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers,
computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic
congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination
thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any
other person's computer related to or resulting from participation
in or down-loading any materials relating to GSM or the BJ Ball
2.7 Late or lost
The Publisher will not accept
responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries for any
