How do I...
Change the way I receive emails If you'd like to change the format in which you receive emails from B J Ball Papers, or any of your personal details, just click through to the update my details page (the link will be at the bottom of email news from us).
Check whether paper is suitable for my laser printer You can use the Paper Selector to find paper that's compatible with your printer - just check "Laser, inkjet or digital compatible" in the special requirements field.
Choose a stock It's easy to choose the ideal stock using our Paper Selector. Just submit your requirements and a list of appropriate stocks will be generated. From there, you can compare pricing, weights, size and other options.
Compare paper prices Once you've selected a stock in the Paper Selector, choose the "Price Guide" menu item to check its cost (as a percentage) against those of other papers.
Contact BJBall You can contact us by phone, fax, email or by completing and submitting the online form available here.
Enter the competition You can enter all our online competitions on this website - just go straight to the Competition page and fill in your details. For offline promotions, please contact us for entry details.

Order stock from the Paper Selector You can't order stock directly from the Paper Selector, but you can request samples. Simply choose the Request Samples option then click on the variants for which you require samples, this information will then be passed across to a Sample Order Form and you just need to complete your delivery details and submit.
Request samples There are two ways to request samples online. If you know the stock you want, go straight to our Sample Request Form. Or, if you need help choosing a stock first, then go to the Paper Selector. Once you've chosen a stock, you can request samples directly from the Paper Selector.
Submit work to the Gallery If you've got work to submit to the Gallery, we'd love to see it. Please contact us for details of how to submit work.
Update my swatchbooks Need new swatchbooks now? You can order them online through the samples order form
